Prerequisites
- You currently use OKTA or Entra ID for your user management needs
- You have SAML SSO enabled with Loopio
- Your account authentication method has been set to SSO Only, and our Support Team has enabled the SCIM option for your account: Send an email to Support
How to Generate a SCIM Token
- Click Admin in the top navigation
- Click Integrations
- Scroll to the SCIM tile under the User Management section
Note: Before proceeding with SCIM setup, SAML SSO must be the only login method, and our Support Team must enable SCIM for your account. If you don't see the SCIM panel on your Admin screen, please reach out to our Support Team.
- Click Generate Token
When your token is generated you will be able to see your token details under Active Tokens
- You can see your full token under Token. This is the token that you will use in your Identity Provider to enable SCIM user deprovisioning. This token is only visible once so ensure you copy the token after it is generated
- You can see your token’s expiry date under the Expires column. The expiry date will be one year from when the token was generated
- When you revisit the Integrations page you will still be able to see your token’s expiry data but its value will be redacted

Regenerating Your SCIM Token
- Click the gear icon beside the token expiry date
- Select the Regenerate option. Regenerating your token will delete any of your existing tokens and create a new one
Deleting Your SCIM Token
- Click the gear icon beside the token expiry date
- Select Delete to delete the token
