How Do I Set up Single Sign On (SSO) with Google Authentication?

Account-Level Setup

 

Permissions Required: A Loopio Administrator must reach out to change the authentication type on the account.

  1. Reach out to our Support Team to let us know you’re ready to set up Google SSO
  2. The Support Team will activate Google SSO for your account

User-Level Setup

Once Google SSO has been set up for the account, each user will:

  1. Log out of Loopio (if signed in)
  2. Navigate to the login screen
  3. On the login screen, click Sign In with Google

  4. Choose a Google account to sign in with
     

    Important: The email address of the Google account must be an exact match to the email address of the Loopio account.

  5. Click Confirm to accept the terms and continue to Loopio
