As a Loopio Administrator, you can streamline your work and respond to RFPs faster by adding multiple team members to Loopio.
Adding a New User to Your Loopio Account
- Click Admin in the top navigation
- Click Users
- Click + Add User
- Enter the User’s information
- An activation email will be sent to the email address provided, with a clear call to action to activate the account
Tips:
- If the User does not receive the activation email, have them check their junk/spam folder. If they still can't find it, contact support@loopio.com
- Add communication@loopio.com to your address book, so you never miss important messages from Loopio
Adding New Users to your Loopio Account in Bulk
Note: Roles and Teams must be created in Loopio before following these steps to import Users.

To Import Users to Loopio
- Click Admin in the top navigation
- Click Users
- Click Import Users to visit the Import Users screen
- Click Download Excel Users Template
- In the Excel template, enter the name and email address for each User, and select their Role and Team from the dropdown list in those columns

- In the Import Users screen, click the folder icon to browse for and select your file
- Click Continue
- You will see a message showing the number of Users that will be created
- Click Import User Data
- An activation email will be sent to each email address provided, with a clear call to action to activate their account
Loopio will automatically detect errors during the User import process.
To View and Fix Import Errors
- Click Download an annotated copy of your template
- In the downloaded Review sheet, rows are color-coded if they are invalid (red) or duplicates of existing Users (yellow). A new column labeled Notes will be included on the right, containing more detail about each error
- After fixing identified errors and saving the Excel file, click the folder icon to browse for and select your updated file
- You will see a message showing the number of Users that will be created
- Click Import User Data
- An activation email will be sent to each email address provided, with a clear call to action to activate their account
