From your Admin page, you can disable a User's account at any time.
Once a User's account is disabled, they will no longer have access to Loopio. A disabled User account can be enabled again by changing their Status to Enabled. They will then receive a new activation email.
In most cases, disabling a user is enough: it revokes their access right away and can be reversed later. If you need to erase a user's personal data for compliance reasons, like a GDPR request, you can also remove a user from Loopio.
Warning: Removing a user is permanent: their name is replaced with 'Deleted User,' they can never log in again, and no one (including Loopio Support) can restore their account or data.

Do Disabled User Accounts Count Towards Our Total Number of Licenses?
No. Disabled Users do not count toward your total number of Licenses. To provide you with more flexibility, we allow you to change your list of active Users anytime.
Only Enabled and Pending Users will count toward your total number of Users.
Note: Need more Users? Reach out to our Customer Success Team to let them know! Not sure how? Please reach out to our Support Team and we can help.
Will the Work of a Disabled User Be Saved?
All work will be saved in Loopio, even after a User has been disabled. This allows you to maintain consistent records and a full history of all of your RFP content.
When a User is disabled, you’ll still have full records of all the work they completed, and they’ll still be visible within all History records. Disabled Users cannot log in to Loopio to complete any future work.

Will the Work of a Removed User Be Saved?
All work will be saved in Loopio, even after a User has been removed. This allows you to maintain consistent records and a full history of all of your RFP content.
Removed users show up as "Deleted User" wherever they're referenced across the product, including reports, and your Library and Project history. If you've removed multiple users, each one appears as its own separate "Deleted User" entry in reporting and reporting filters, not combined into one.
