Yes, as an Administrator, you have the ability to reassign a user's workload in bulk. This allows you to save time while ensuring that all responsibilities are seamlessly transitioned when team members change roles.
Permissions Required: General Administration, Level 2 (Full Access) permission, included only in the Administrator Role, is required to bulk reassign a User's work.
To bulk reassign a User's work:
- Click on the User's name whose work you want to reassign
- Click Reassign Work
Tip: Reassigning a disabled user's work is a great way to ensure that no work is left in an incomplete state.
- Select what action you would like to perform with the User's Project and Review Assignments
- Click Update
Note: All of the selected User's Reviews will be Cancelled/ Reassigned.
If the user is Active or Pending, you can choose to Do Nothing with their work. This means their work will not be reassigned.
If the user is Disabled, you must select a new Assignee for Project assignments. For Reviews, you can choose a new assignee or cancel their assignments.
