How Are Reports Impacted by User Permissions?
Reporting Level 1 (Full Access) permissions are required to access Reporting screens.
- For Library Reports, Users with Stacks Level 1 (Read Only) permissions or higher to at least one Stack are able to generate Reports on Library Entries that they are permitted to view.
- For Project Reports, Users with Participate In Projects: Participate In Projects invited to permissions will only have the ability to generate Reports for Projects in which they are either the Owner, or have the Project Administrator role. Users with Manage Projects: Manage All Projects permissions are able to Report on all Projects.
- User Workload Reports are limited to Users with the General Admin: Manage Users permission.
