Depending on your role in Loopio, and the features available with your Loopio plan, there are a number of ways you may answer a question in a Project. We'll list them below, and link to resources with more information on each.
1. Automate your Answers
The Get Answers option provides a one-click solution that automatically searches your library, past projects, and documents to generate responses.
For more control, the "Customize" option allows you to select specific sections and sources to search. You can also provide the AI with a custom prompt to control the response's length, tone, and other variables.
2. Search the Library for an Answer
You can search your Library from directly within a Project Entry to quickly leverage your existing content for the most relevant response to a Question.

3. Search Projects for an Answer
You can search for an Answer used in other Projects from directly within a Project Entry to quickly leverage your existing content for the most relevant response to a Question.
4. Generate an Answer
If you haven't found quite what you need, and your Organization has enabled Generative AI, you can generate a new answer to your Project Entry using AI, powered by your Loopio Library.

5. Answer Questions Manually
To answer Questions manually, click anywhere within the Project Entry Answer field and type your Answer text.
6. Assign Questions to SMEs
If you haven't found an answer in your Library, and you're not the best person to write a new answer, assign the Project Entry to the member of your team who's best suited to answer it.
