Setting up Single Sign On (SSO) in Okta

Note: This guide provides common steps for setting up Okta as a SAML provider for Loopio Single Sign-On. While the defaults work in many situations, consult the Okta documentation for any company-specific details.

To activate SSO with SAML 2.0 into your Loopio account, please reach out to Support and check out our general SSO set up process.

  1. Navigate to the Admin dashboard in Okta and select Application > Applications and select Create New App
  2. Fill in the details of the new application, ensuring SAML 2.0 is selected as the sign on method

  3. Fill in the SAML Settings based on the values in the metadata and outlined in the table below:

When these configurations are completed you are ready to test out authentication in your Loopio account.
