Export Theme Content Styles are Styles that have been imported from a Word Export Theme in your Loopio account.
Each Export Theme can be associated with its own Export Theme Content Styles, allowing you to choose the right look and feel for each Project you create.
By default, Export Themes will use the Default Content Styles until the Export Theme Content Styles have been set up.
How Do I Set Up My Export Theme Content Styles?
After an Export Theme has been added to your account, you are able to import Word Styles directly from the Export Theme.
These Export Theme styles can then be used in the Project Space, within any Project using that Export Theme.
Note: New Styles cannot be created from the Export Themes Content Styles tab. If you would like to add a new Style, this must first be done in Default Content Styles tab.
- By default, an Export Theme will use the Default Content Styles. To create Content Styles for the Export Theme, click Edit Styles
- Select Use theme styles
- Click into the dropdown menu for the Style you would like to map. The list displays Word Styles that are pulled directly from the Export Theme
Note: The examples shown in the dropdown menu are approximate previews of the Word Styles, and will be formatted correctly when exported.
- Select the Word Style you would like to map for each Loopio Style
- Repeat Steps 3 and 4 for all Loopio Styles you would like to use with this theme
- Click Save
Tip: It is not necessary to map every available Loopio Style. If there is a Loopio style with no corresponding Word Style, it can be left blank.
However, if you do not map a Table Style, the first Table Style in your Export Theme will be automatically chosen.
Library content formatted using these unmapped Styles will be formatted using the Theme’s Normal Body Text when used in a Project.
