Creating an Export Theme from a New Word Document
- Create a blank Word document
- Add a Cover Page
Your Export Theme can include a configurable cover page with full-page images and text. To ensure that your cover page will be formatted correctly:
- Place a Section Break or Page Break at the end of your Cover Page, so that your Project content does not get exported onto your Cover Page
A Section Break should be used if the Headers and Footers on your Cover Page will be different from the Headers and Footers on your body pages
A Page Break should be used if the Headers and Footers are the same on all pages of your document - If there are images on your cover page:
Right-click on your images and set Wrap Text as Behind Text, and select Fix Position to Page. This prevents images from shifting around upon export - If there is text on top of an image on the Cover Page:
It is recommended to place all text within text boxes, as opposed to writing directly on the page. This will prevent the text from shifting around upon export
To add a text box in Word select Insert > Text Box
