Reviews from Projects allows you to suggest changes to your Library Entries as you work through a Project. Changes suggested through your Projects are stored on the Reviews from Projects page, allowing you to access and approve (or reject) content when the time is right for you.
To action on Library modifications suggested in your Projects, navigate to the Reviews from Projects page by clicking Reviews and selecting From Projects:
There are four options for managing Entries on the Reviews from Projects page: Approving, rejecting, updating, and (for Existing Entries) adding as a new Entry.
Approving a Suggested Entry
If a suggested Entry looks like a good fit for your Library and does not require any further modification, you can approve that Entry to automatically update or add it to your Library.
- For an Existing Entry, click Update Library Entry:
- For a New Entry, click Add as New Entry:
If you are creating a new Library Entry, you will be presented with a modal allowing you to specify the location (Stack, Category, and Sub-Category), language, and any Tags for your new Entry
Tip: Add a new Category or Sub-Category to your Library during this flow by clicking Add Category or Add Sub-Category.
Rejecting a Suggested Entry
If a suggested Entry is not a good fit for your Library, you can reject that suggestion by clicking Do not add to Library:

You can also perform these actions in bulk. To do this, you can select any Entries (or Select All) that you want to Approve right away by clicking on the checkbox:
You can then choose whether you'd like to Add to Library or Remove Reviews:
Once you click Add to Library, you will get a pop-up to Categorize the new Entries:
If you click on Remove Reviews, you will get a pop-up confirming if you'd like to remove them:
Further Modifying a Suggested Entry
If a suggested Entry is a good fit for your Library but requires further modifications, click Edit Entry:
This will bring you to an Edit Entry page where you can:
- Edit the Entry's Question and Answer text
- Add or update attachments
- Add or update the Entry language

- Select or change the Entry's categorization (Stack, Category, and Subcategory)
- Add or modify Tags
Tip: If your Entry edits aren't quite ready, you can save your edits as a draft. This will keep the Entry on the Reviews from Projects page, allowing you to work through your edits at your own pace.
For Existing Entries, Adding a New Entry
If you find an Existing Entry which you would like to add as a net-new Library Entry (rather than updating the existing Library Entry), click Add as New Entry:
You will get a pop-up to choose whether to add a New Entry using the same question text as the original Library Entry or using the question text from the Project:
Bulk Editing Existing Entries
For any existing Entries in the Library, you can bulk update them by selecting the checkbox on each Entry and clicking on Update Entries:
You will then get a pop-up confirming that you'd like to update the Entries that you selected:
