How Can I View All Pending Changes to Suggest or Omit from Projects?

Permissions Required: General Administration, Level 2 (Full Access) permissions, included only in the Administrator Role, are required to view pending changes to suggest or omit on the Project List page.

Project-specific Project Admin permissions are required to view pending changes to suggest or omit within the Project Workspace.

As an Admin, on the Project List page, you can enable the ability to see the number of changes eligible to suggest or omit for your Loopio Library. Project Admins can also view this within specific Projects.

How Can I View All Pending Changes on the Project List Page?

  1. Select Projects in the main navigation, and select Project List
  2. Click on the gear icon near the top-right of the project list
  3. Enable the Show changes to suggest or omit for the Library checkbox

When you enable the option, you will see a list of eligible changes under the progress bar on the list view.

When you click on the number of changes, it will direct you to the Project page with the filter Changes not yet suggested for the Library applied.

How Can I View All Pending Changes in the Project Workspace?

  1. Select Projects in the main navigation, and select Project List
  2. Click on the Project you want to open
  3. In the Project Filters, select Suggestions for the Library > Changes not yet suggested for the Library
