Historical Uptime
Historical Uptime by Month
On the historical uptime page (Loopio Status - Uptime History), you will see the uptime listed for each month. You can use the arrows to move between pages and view previous months:
Historical Incidents
In the Historical Incidents tab (Loopio Status - Incident History), you will see the details of any incidents, including the impact of the incident and resolution steps taken by our team.
Click the title of any incident to view the details:
How to Subscribe to Notifications
To receive updates as soon as they are posted, we recommend one of the options below:
- Subscribe Using an RSS Feed (May require IT Team support)
- Subscribe Using a Group/Distribution Email (Recommended for Teams who prefer email alerts)
- Subscribe Using Slack
- Subscribe Using MS Teams
Subscribers will be notified when:
- An incident begins
- The status changes (e.g., identified, monitoring, resolved)
- Scheduled maintenance is announced or updated
Subscribe Using an RSS Feed (May require IT Team support)
If your organization already uses an RSS reader or automated notifications, you can connect directly to our Status Page RSS feed.

How to subscribe by RSS:
- Open the Status Page
- Click Subscribe to Updates
- Select RSS Feed
- Add the feed URL to your preferred RSS reader or monitoring system
Subscribe Using a Group/Distribution Email (Recommended for Teams who prefer email alerts)
You can subscribe a group email address (for example: it-alerts@company.com) to receive notifications for incidents and maintenance.

How to subscribe by email:
- Open the Status Page
- Click Subscribe to Updates
- Enter your group/distribution email address and click Subscribe via email
Subscribe Using Slack
You can subscribe a Slack channel to receive notifications for incidents and maintenance.

- Avoids individual subscription management
- Works within your existing communication structure if you primarily communicate via Slack
How to subscribe using Slack:
- Open the Status Page
- Click Subscribe to Updates
- Select the Slack icon and click Subscribe via Slack
- Select a Slack Workspace and Channel and click Allow

You can subscribe a Teams channel to receive notifications for incidents and maintenance.
