Once your Microsoft 365 administrator has installed the Loopio Copilot Agent for your organization, you can add it to Microsoft Teams or Microsoft 365 Copilot and sign in with your Loopio credentials.
Requirements
Before you begin, confirm that you have:
- An active paid Loopio license
- A Microsoft 365 Copilot license
- Access to Microsoft Teams and/or Microsoft 365 Copilot in your organization
Important: Your Microsoft 365 administrator must install the Agent for your organization before you can complete the steps below. If you don't see the Loopio Copilot Agent in Teams or M365 Copilot, contact your internal IT or M365 admin team.
Add the Agent in Microsoft Teams
- Open Microsoft Teams
- Go to Apps and search for Loopio Copilot Agent
- Click Add
- Open a chat with the Loopio Copilot Agent to get started
Add the Agent in Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Open Microsoft 365 Copilot (via the web or a supported M365 app)
- Start a new Copilot chat
- Invoke the Loopio Copilot Agent using one of these methods:
- Select the Agent directly from the agent picker
- Mention it in chat using @Loopio
Sign In to the Loopio Copilot Agent
The Agent uses your existing Loopio account to control what content you can access. You will be prompted to sign in the first time you open a conversation with it.
- When prompted, click Sign in / Connect
- You will be redirected to a Loopio login page
- Log in with your Loopio credentials
- Once successful, your status will show as Connected
From this point on, the Agent will respect your Loopio permissions — for example, you will only see Library content from Stacks you have access to in Loopio.
Next Steps
Now that you're set up, you can start using the Agent to search your Loopio Library, create new Library Entries, or get answers from the Loopio Help Center.
