New to Business Units? Learn more here: What Are Business Units?
Once Business Units are set up and Users are assigned, you can create Projects and Library Stacks that are scoped to specific Business Units. This ensures Users only see the content that’s relevant to them.
Creating Projects and Project Templates
When creating a Project or Project Template, a Business Unit field will appear, allowing you to select which Business Unit the Project belongs to.
Note: The Business Unit field will only appear if the User belongs to multiple Business Units. If the User is a member of only one Business Unit, this field will not be present, and the Project will be created within the BU they are a member of.
Defining Library Stacks by Business Unit
Both Organization-wide Stacks and Business Unit Stacks are managed from the Library Management page.
