Once a Business Unit has been created, you can assign Users to it individually or in bulk. Users can belong to more than one Business Unit.
Assign Users to a Business Unit in Bulk
- Go to the Users list page and select the Users you want to add to a Business Unit
- Click X Selected
- Select Business Unit Access
- Select the Business Unit(s) to add the Users to—you may select multiple Business Units
- Click Apply
- The assigned Business Units will appear on the User list page under the Business Unit column
Assign an Individual User to a Business Unit
- Go to the Users page
- Click on the name of the User you want to add to the Business Unit
- In the Edit User screen, add or remove selections from the Business Units field
- Click Update to save the changes
