How Do I Create a Business Unit?

Permissions Required: The General Admin: Manage Business Unit permission is required to Create a Business Unit, Add or Remove Admins, and Update Business Unit Permissions.

Creating a Business Unit

  1. Click Admin in your top navigation bar
  2. Select Business Units
  3. Click + Create Business Unit

  4. Fill out the Business Unit Name and select a Business Unit Administrator

     

    Note: The Business Unit Administrator must have a standard license.

  5. Select the permission level for the Business Unit Administrator:
    • Match User’s Role: No additional permissions are granted for the Business Unit

    • Manage All within Business Unit: Elevates the User’s permissions to Business Unit Admin for Projects and Stacks

       

      Note: Assign Manage All within Business Unit if the Admin is to manage the Business Unit.

  6. Click Create to complete the setup
