Yes, users are now able to provide feedback via thumbs up or down to indicate whether or not the result was relevant. This will be visible in the platform for users after they search on the Library Page, in Search Projects, or when they perform a Library Search in Projects.
How Does it Work?
After any search request that contains a search term, the prompt "Is this answer relevant?" will be displayed after each search request
-
-
Clicking on "YES"
-
A link from the used search terms is added to the Library Entry, transparently to the users.
-
The action is tracked on our backend metrics
-
-
Clicking on "NO"
-
The action is also tracked on our backend metrics
-
Though clicking on the “thumbs down” does not take any effect on subsequent Library Searches, Loopio is collecting more information on “thumbs down” clicks and will experiment with using it on our Search Engine to provide relevant answers in the future.

Note: The prompt is only displayed on Library Search, Library Search in Projects, and Search Projects. No prompt is displayed in Magic.
