Yes, you can easily copy answer text from a Library Entry to your Clipboard in one of two ways:
- Rich Text Copy: This option will copy all the answer text, including formatting, images, and tables to your clipboard.
- Plain Text Copy: This option will copy an unformatted text portion of the answer. Bullet points and numbered lists will be re-formatted as text-based dashes when copied.
Note: Copying and pasting Answer text from your Library will count toward the Usage stats for the Library Entry.
To Use Rich Text Copy
This option will copy all the answer text, including formatting, images, and tables to your clipboard. This makes it easy to seamlessly share your Loopio Library content even when you're not working on a Project in Loopio.
- From your Library page, search for the Library Entry you would like to copy
- Click the Copy Answer, Images, and Tables button on the Entry's Answer field
Note: You can also click the Entry Actions (⋯) menu in the Entry's upper right-hand corner and select Copy Answer, Images, and Tables
- The answer text, formats, tables, and images will be copied to your clipboard
To Use Plain Text Copy
This option will only include an unformatted text portion of the answer. Bullet points and numbered lists will be re-formatted as text-based dashes when copied. Copying in plain text makes it easy to paste your content into locations that don't support additional formatting.
- From your Library page, search for the Library Entry you would like to copy
- Click the Entry Actions (⋯) menu in the Entry's upper right-hand corner and select Copy Answer Text
- The answer text will be copied to your clipboard
