How Do I Create Custom Project Fields?

Loopio allows you to create Custom Project Fields, which provides you a way to add specific details to your Projects like product line or dollar amount. This allows you to generate more customizable reports and better understand Project trends.

What Can I Do with Custom Project Fields?

• Create, edit and delete custom fields in the Admin tab
• Update custom fields while creating a new Project, or under Project Details
     
• See custom fields represented in your Project Reports

• Segment Projects Reports based on the specific metadata you've created
  

To Create Custom Project Fields:

1. Click Admin in the top navigation
2. Click Custom Project Fields
3. Click Create a Custom Project Field
   
4. Enter your Custom Field name
    

   Tip: Adding instructions is optional. You will be able to choose which type of field you'd like to create when creating a Project

5. Choose which Field Type you'd like to use
   
6. If you choose is Short Text, click the checkmark to save
7. If you choose Single Select Dropdown or Multi Select Dropdown, click + Add Values to add the Values, then click the checkmark to save
   
   Fill in the values and click Save when you're done
   

Can I Change The Order Of Custom Project Fields?

Yes, you can change the order in which your Custom Project Fields appear using the Reorder option.
