March 9 4:12pm ET - The issue relating to queues in the platform has subsided. The team is still monitoring the health of the queues in the Loopio application.
March 9 4:05pm ET - The Engineering team is currently investigating an issue related to our hosting provider (AWS) that is impacting the processing of queues used by the Loopio application. Services such as import, export, running magic, sending emails may be unavailable or degraded.
March 3 2022 11:52am ET - Full functionality has been restored to the platform. The team is continuing to monitor the health of the platform.
March 3 2022 11:49am ET - The Loopio Engineering team was able to identify the cause of the issue and took mitigative steps to address it. As of 11:30am, the platform has partially recovered. The team is looking into restoring full functionality and is monitoring the situation closely to ensure a full resolution of issue.
March 3 2022 10:55am ET - Loopio is currently inaccessible. Our team is currently investigating this matter and working towards a swift resolution. Updates will be posted here once we have news to share.
