Oct 20 2:30pm ET - We are currently aware of an ongoing incident impacting Loopio services due to an outage with our public cloud provider, AWS. We understand the impact this issue is having on your operations and want to assure you that resolving this matter is our highest priority.
We are closely monitoring the health of AWS services, and while we do not have a definitive ETA at this time, we remain committed to full resolution and deeply appreciate your patience as we work through this situation.

July 23 11:35am ET - We are currently investigating an issue where users are seeing a 504 Gateway Time-Out error when trying to access Loopio. We will update this page as we learn more.
July 2 5:42pm ET - The DNS issues affecting Loopio domains have been resolved. However, due to DNS propagation, some users may continue to experience intermittent access issues as the changes take full effect.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely to ensure full recovery.

Seismic Integration Re-Enabled
Further to our communication to you on April 24, 2024, we wanted to share an update regarding the Sisense security incident. A reminder that Loopio does not have a contractual relationship with Sisense, however, Sisense is a third-party vendor of Seismic, with whom we do have a contractual relationship.
Since our last communication, Seismic and Sisense have confirmed that the security incident has been contained and that their information systems have been secured. Sisense also confirmed that Seismic’s data (which includes Loopio’s data) was not impacted.
We are pleased to report that after thorough investigation, and this assurance from both Sisense and Seismic, we can safely re-enable all Loopio customer integrations with the Seismic platform.

- Follow the instructions in this Help Center article to reconnect the Seismic Integration

Seismic Integration Disabled
As previously communicated, Sisense, a third-party vendor of Seismic, reported a cybersecurity incident on April 11, 2024. Loopio does not have a contractual relationship with Sisense, however, Sisense is a third-party vendor of Seismic, with whom we do have a contractual relationship. Although Seismic confirmed that Loopio’s data, including the data of our customers was not impacted, we decided to take precautionary measures by disabling all integrations with Seismic pending completion of the ongoing investigations. This was previously communicated to affected customers by email on April 24, 2024.
We have been informed that the situation is still being closely monitored by Sisense and Seismic. We will continue to post all updates that Loopio receives on this site, including the status of all Seismic integrations. We will also email impacted customers. Rest assure that all integrations with Seismic will be re-enabled as soon as we can confirm that it is safe to use. September 20 4:50pm EST - The Loopio Engineering team will be completing a Database systems upgrade at approximately 9:30pm EST on the 20th of September to reduce the risk of future Database connection issues. No significant downtime is expected however, the team is projecting a possible short (<1 min) downtime during the operation. Project Questions drafts are auto-saved every 5 seconds to the local browser, however, if you encounter any other issues saving or accessing content during this brief downtime, please try again after a few minutes.

March 9 4:12pm ET - The issue relating to queues in the platform has subsided. The team is still monitoring the health of the queues in the Loopio application.
March 9 4:05pm ET - The Engineering team is currently investigating an issue related to our hosting provider (AWS) that is impacting the processing of queues used by the Loopio application. Services such as import, export, running magic, sending emails may be unavailable or degraded.
March 3 2022 11:52am ET - Full functionality has been restored to the platform. The team is continuing to monitor the health of the platform.
March 3 2022 11:49am ET - The Loopio Engineering team was able to identify the cause of the issue and took mitigative steps to address it. As of 11:30am, the platform has partially recovered. The team is looking into restoring full functionality and is monitoring the situation closely to ensure a full resolution of issue.
March 3 2022 10:55am ET - Loopio is currently inaccessible. Our team is currently investigating this matter and working towards a swift resolution. Updates will be posted here once we have news to share.
