Supported Browsers
Loopio supports multiple browsers. These include Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
For the most seamless experience, our recommended browser is Google Chrome.
Support for Internet Explorer
Warning: Key features and pages may not be accessible from Internet Explorer. To continue using Loopio to its full capabilities, please switch to a supported browser.
In 2015 Microsoft released Edge as the browser to supersede Internet Explorer (IE). Since then IE has not received major updates or added support for many modern web standards. Microsoft recently discouraged the use of Internet Explorer as a default browser, and we've also seen a decrease in IE usage in Loopio over time.
To allow us to continue to take advantage of modern web standards to deliver improved functionality and the best possible user experience across the Loopio product, we have decided to end support for IE.
What does the end of support for Internet Explorer mean for Loopio?
End of support means we will not fix bugs that are specific to IE11, and will begin to introduce features that aren't compatible with this browser.
When did this happen?
Support for Internet Explorer ended on 31 January, 2020.
What does this mean for you?
To access Loopio to its full capabilities, we recommend switching to one of our supported browsers, Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
