Can I Bulk Cancel or Reassign All of a User's Active Library Reviews?

Yes, you can bulk reassign or bulk cancel a User's active Library Reviews.

 

Permissions Required: The General Admin: Manage Users permission is required to bulk reassign or cancel a User's active Library Reviews.

Can I Reassign Library Reviews in Bulk?

To bulk reassign or cancel a User's active Library Reviews:

  1. Navigate to the Admin > Users tab

  2. Locate the User whose active Library Reviews you want to cancel and click on their name
  3. Click Reassign Work

  4. To cancel all Reviews, select "Cancel"

    To reassign Reviews to another User, select "Reassign," begin typing their name, then select their name from the dropdown list

    Note: If your account has Stacks, your Users' Reviews will be broken down by the Stack level, allowing you to reassign or cancel all Reviews in that Stack.

  5. Click Update
