Completing a Library Review
Tip: Reviews can also be completed in bulk. Learn how: Can I Complete Library Reviews in Bulk?

Click Reviews in the top navigation

Select From Library
- To complete basic edits to the Entry’s answer text, Answer Set Options, or attachments, click into the appropriate field
- Click Review to select one of the following options, which will vary based on permissions and review type:
- Complete Review: Approve the content currently displayed on the Review screen, and update the Library Entry. If this is a multi-step Review (subscription required), the option will be Complete Review Step and will pass the Review to the next Reviewer, updating the Library after the final Review step.
- Reassign Review: Assign the current Review step to another user. If this is a multi-step Review (subscription required), the option will be Reassign Review Step and will reassign the current review step.
- Edit Entry: Enter an expanded edit mode where you can edit all Library Entry details, including your Question, Answer, Alert, Language, Library Location, Entry Owner, and Tags.

Delete Entry: Removes the Entry from your Library.
Important: Deleted Entries cannot be recovered.
- (optional) Leave a comment when completing the Review or Review Step.
Note: This comment will persist on the Entry’s Review page until the next time the Entry is reviewed.
What Happens When a Review is Completed?
Completing a Review will:
- Remove the In Review banner from the Library Entry
- Move the Entry on the Reviews > From Library screen to the Approved without edits (green) or Approved with edits (blue) status
