You can export a Library Entry's entire Review History, allowing you a full view of how your content has evolved and helping you ensure knowledge continuity and meet regulatory requirements.
Exporting Entry Review History in Bulk
Note: Entry Review History can be exported for up to 10 Entries in bulk.
- Select individual Entries using the checkbox to the left of the Question text
- Navigate between pages as needed to select up to 10 Entries
You will see a count at the top of the page identifying the number of selected Entries - Click the drop down arrow on the __ selected results button and select Update Entries
Exporting a Single Entry's Review History
- Click Library
- Select Search
- Search for the Library Entry where you want to export the Review History
- Click the Entry Actions menu (⋯)
- Select Export Review History
