Business Units are currently compatible with the following Loopio integrations and connectors. Users working within a Business Unit can use these tools as they normally would, their experience will be scoped to the content and Projects available within their Business Unit.
Integration for Slack
The Loopio Integration for Slack allows Users to receive Project notifications and search the Loopio Library directly from Slack. When Business Units are enabled, Library search results returned in Slack will reflect the User’s Business Unit membership and their Stack-level permissions.

Salesforce API Connector
The Salesforce API Connector allows Users to create, track, and report on Loopio Projects directly from Salesforce Opportunities or Accounts. When used with Business Units, Projects created via the Salesforce API Connector can be assigned to a specific Business Unit.

Browser Extension
The Loopio Extension allows Users to create Projects, import content, and search the Library from web-based portals and questionnaires. When Business Units are enabled, the extension will reflect the User’s Business Unit access when displaying Library search results and available Projects.
