Can I Use Loopio to Create PowerPoint Presentations?

Project Templates allow you to leverage your Loopio Library content to create proactive sales materials, enabling you to respond to prospects without having to wait for an RFP. You can also create Templates for content that you would use over multiple RFPs, saving time and guaranteeing consistency.

PowerPoint Presentations allow you to leverage your existing PPTX slides stored in your Loopio Document Library to populate and create PowerPoint-based proactive proposals and sales presentations. Once created, you can download them from Loopio to collaborate with your teams and make context-specific content changes.

This enables you to:

1. Tell a narrative story that conveys key information about their company and product(s);

2. Provide an easy way for buyers/issuers to consume information through visual storytelling;

3. Have a method to differentiate themselves from competitors when bidding for the attention of buyers/issuers.

Accessing PowerPoint Documents

PowerPoint Presentations feature can be accessed from the Templates & Documents page. All Project Templates and PowerPoint Presentations will be displayed on this page, and be searchable from this page. There is also a Template Type filter in the left sidebar so users can filter between Project Templates and PowerPoint Presentations.

1. Click Create New and select PowerPoint Presentation
   
2. Enter a name for the PowerPoint Document, and click Create 
3. An empty PowerPoint Presentation will be displayed
   

Searching for Slides

1. Click on Search Document Library to begin populating the empty PowerPoint Presentation by leveraging existing PowerPoint slides from your Document Library
   
2. Search for specific PowerPoint slides from the Document Library by using the Search bar
   When accessing Search Slides, users can apply different Search Modes:
   • Contextual search
   • Keyword search
   • Exact match search
3. In addition, users can specify if they want to Search By:
   • File name and/or
   • Document Content
     
4. (optional) Narrow the search results by specifying the Library Location in addition to the Uploaded By user
   
   Where applicable, a visual preview will be displayed for each search result.
5. Select your desired slides by using the checkboxes to the left of the search result
6. Click Add to populate the PowerPoint Presentation with the selected slides
7. (optional) click Search Document Library to search for and add additional slides

Searching for Documents

Users also have access to Search Documents. This enables users to browse through their uploaded PowerPoint Documents and select individual slides.

1. Start by either scrolling through uploaded PowerPoint Documents. Alternatively, use the Search Bar and accompanying Search modes, Library Location and/or Uploaded By filters to find a specific PowerPoint Document
   

2. Click Show all X Slides to view all the slides in sequential order
   

3. (optional) Narrow the search results by leveraging the Search Bar and accompanying Search modes

4. Select your desired slides by using the checkboxes to the left of the search result
   

5. Click Add to populate the PowerPoint Presentation with the selected slides

6. (optional) click Search Document Library to search for and add additional slides
