Project Templates allow you to leverage your Loopio Library content to create proactive sales materials, enabling you to respond to prospects without having to wait for an RFP. You can also create Templates for content that you would use over multiple RFPs, saving time and guaranteeing consistency.

PowerPoint Presentations allow you to leverage your existing PPTX slides stored in your Loopio Document Library to populate and create PowerPoint-based proactive proposals and sales presentations. Once created, you can download them from Loopio to collaborate with your teams and make context-specific content changes.
This enables you to:

Tell a narrative story that conveys key information about their company and product(s);

Provide an easy way for buyers/issuers to consume information through visual storytelling;

Have a method to differentiate themselves from competitors when bidding for the attention of buyers/issuers.
Accessing PowerPoint Documents
- PowerPoint Presentations feature can be accessed from the Templates & Documents page. All Project Templates and PowerPoint Presentations will be displayed on this page, and be searchable from this page. There is also a new Template Type filter in the left sidebar so users can filter between Project Templates and PowerPoint Presentations.
- Click Create New and select PowerPoint Presentation.
- Enter a name for the PowerPoint Document, and click Create.
- An empty PowerPoint Presentation will be displayed.
Searching for Slides
- Click on Search Document Library to begin populating the empty PowerPoint Presentation by leveraging existing PowerPoint slides from your Document Library
- Search for specific PowerPoint slides from the Document Library by using the Search bar
Important: Only contextual search is supported with PPT slides. When searching for slides, we recommend using a long form query or a question, rather than a keyword. Future enhancements to this search are planned, share your feedback and check our Release Notes for future developments.
- (optional) Narrow the search results by specifying the Library Location in addition to the Uploaded By user
Where applicable, a visual preview will be displayed for each search result.
- When the desired slides have been found, select them by using the checkboxes to the left of the search result. When all the necessary slides have been selected, click the Add button.
- The PowerPoint Presentation will be populated with the selected slides. If needed, click on the Search Document Library button in the top right corner to search for additional slides to be added.
Uploading a New Document
- Start by selecting Add New Document when the PowerPoint Presentation is empty. You can also access Add Document from the ... menu in the top right corner
- Follow the onscreen prompts to select and upload a new PPT/PPTX file by clicking Add and Use.
- This PPT/PPTX file will be uploaded to the Document Library, and is available for immediate use.
- When the upload is completed, the Search modal will automatically open and the uploaded file will immediately be available for searching.
- When the desired slides have been found, select them by using the checkboxes to the left of the search result. When all the necessary slides have been selected, click the Add button.
- The PowerPoint Document will be populated with the selected slides. If needed, click on the Search Document Library button in the top right corner to search for additional slides to be added, or the Add New Document button from the ... menu in the top right corner to upload more content into the Document Library first.
Managing Your Slides & Download
- When managing a specific slide in the PowerPoint Document, click on the ... menu for an associated slide to access the available options.
- In the ... at the top right corner of the page, there are more options selectable, such as Delete to delete the entire PowerPoint Document, or Collapse Slides/Expand Slides to maximize or minimize the slide preview images in the PowerPoint Document.
- When ready, click Download to download a copy of the PowerPoint Document from Loopio onto your computer so you can start collaborating with your team to make context-specific content changes. Afterward, if you wish to leverage these changes in future PowerPoint Documents, you can upload them back into the Document Library for re-use.
